Tiffany Chairs

Tell me how can I not love these chairs? Tiffany chair is also known as Chiavari chair because it was created  in the 1800s by a cabinetmaker in Chiavari, Italy. Chiavari is located near La Spezia where Cinque Terre is located. I was in Cinque Terre years back. Colourful houses were clustered closely to one another along the northern coastline. I spent my day suntanning on the rocks and enjoying the sea breeze at night. A laid back place to be.

Back to Tiffany chairs, the mythical feel really suits my garden theme. The use of Tiffany chairs can also enhance an indoor wedding solemnization and banquet.

As there were limited vendors, I was faced with difficulty in searching for a reasonably priced Tiffany chairs. The first supplier was an established company with a wide range of choices. They had colours like black, gold and silver but the price was steep. A few other suppliers were priced slightly below the first supplier.

I was very excited when I've found a supplier launching their new chairs at a promotional rate. It was definitely a good deal and I couldn't wait to make my deposit. Well, I should learn to stop making impulsive deposits for wedding. So, we arranged for a viewing at their warehouse. We wanted to assure ourselves that the supplier was reasonably established with logistic support. On one of the sundays, we dropped by their warehouse at Midview City, Sin Ming Lane, Blk 18 #07-21. The warehouse was rented for their own logistics as they was also providing services like candy bar, event planning, etc. At least we were assured that they didn't share the space with another party. The chairs were well covered to keep away the dusts. As our wedding would be more than a year later, we were concerned that the conditions would deteriorate. We were told that they would carry out regular maintenance such as spray painting and washing the cushions. We saw them appearing with bags of cushions which returned from washing. Also, they had staffs to handle administrative works, logistics support and the T&C were explained to us. Initially, Fred was rather skeptical about it. After viewing their logistic supports, work procedures, warehouse, he agreed to pay the 50% deposit. It was to my surprise. I was so elated for the rest of the week.
